Use InkLinka Personal Links to turn Instagram traffic into structured booking requests: one clean /book link, a branded page, your calendar, custom form fields, references and deposits when needed.

Open Widget and start from Personal Links

Go to Widget, open the Personal Links tab and create a new link. This is the direct client page you can place in Instagram bio, Stories sticker, highlights or DM replies.

Setup points

Open Widget in the InkLinka cabinet.
Choose the Personal Links tab.
Click Create Link and keep the settings panel open.

Personal Links versus website widgetsPersonal Links are best for Instagram because they create a direct public booking URL.+

The link opens as /book/your-slug, so clients do not need your website first.
Booking Calendar widgets are better when you want to embed a calendar into an existing website with a script.
Contact form widgets are useful when you need a simple intake form without a calendar or deposit flow.

If the tab is unavailable, check the plan feature for personal links.
Managers also need permission to manage Widget: Personal links.
Existing links can still be visible even when creating new ones is limited by the plan.

Why it matters

Instagram traffic should land on a page made for booking, not on a scattered set of messages, screenshots and manual follow-up.

Name the link and create a clean slug

Set a clear Link Title, short description and a slug that is easy to read aloud or type. InkLinka publishes the client URL as /book/slug.

Use lowercase Latin letters, numbers and hyphens in Slug.
Keep the slug close to your Instagram handle or booking offer.
Use Link Title and Description to tell clients what the form is for.

Good examples: blackwork-anna, guest-spot-berlin, flash-booking.
Avoid dates that will become old unless the link is only for one campaign.
Do not use special characters or spaces. The editor keeps only Latin letters, numbers and hyphens.

For a personal artist link, use the artist name or campaign name.
For a studio-wide link, make the title broad enough for all selected artists.
The description should say what clients need to prepare: idea, placement, references or preferred dates.

Select who can be booked through this link, then set how far ahead clients can see, the slot step and the service duration.

For a personal profile, select one artist.
Use selected artists or guest dates for studio campaigns and travel spots.
Set the booking window, slot step and duration before publishing.

Solo links should usually point to one artist.
Studio links should include only artists who accept requests from this audience.
Guest dates keep travel campaigns limited to the visit window.

Calendar rulesAvailability settings control what clients can actually request.+

Months ahead sets how far clients can browse from the current month.
Time Slot Step controls the visible times: 15, 30 or 60 minutes.
Service duration reserves the right amount of calendar time for each request.

Build the personal form fields

Choose what the client must send with the booking request: contact details, service type, description, placement, cover-up status, preferences and reference images.

Setup points

Keep First Name, Last Name, Phone and Email enabled for clean client records.
Enable References if the artist needs images before confirming.
Use custom event types when the studio sells services beyond tattoo, piercing and consultation.
Use the settings to create your own form design that fits you personally.

Request qualityThe form should collect enough context to accept, reject or clarify the request without a long Instagram chat.+

Description and Preferences are useful for the idea, style, size and constraints.
Location, Color/BW and Cover-up help the artist estimate complexity.
References move image context into the project flow instead of leaving it only in DMs.

Project and event transferSome fields can be transferred into the project or event description when a request becomes an appointment.+

Use the visible transfer badges in the editor as the source of truth.
Only collect fields the studio actually checks before confirmation.
Shorter forms convert better for Instagram, but missing context creates manual work later.

Set up the Stripe deposit form

If your current plan allows it, use Stripe to collect an online deposit during the booking request. Configure the deposit amount and make the payment step clear before clients submit the form.

Confirm that Stripe deposits are available on your current plan.
Connect Stripe before sending traffic to the public link.
Set the deposit amount for each service type that requires payment.
Make sure the form explains when the deposit is charged and what it reserves.

Tattoo, piercing, consultation and custom event types can use their own Stripe deposit amount.
Flash campaigns often work well with one fixed Stripe deposit.

Save the Personal Link, test the public preview, copy the /book URL and add it to Instagram Links.
