Mixed appointment checkout

Charge for the session and selected products in one flow.

Add aftercare or merch directly in Event Payment. InkLinka keeps the service and product components distinct while the client sees one understandable total.

  • One checkout with a transparent itemized total
  • A connected sales order and receipt for products
  • Service cancellation remains separate; products require a return and refund

Orders & finance

Product sales remain connected to the event, order, payment and financial records, so operations and accounting tell the same story.

  • Product revenue and cost reflected in ledger and reports
  • Inventory movement tied to completed product sales
  • Product rows do not inflate the artist’s service compensation

Website product integration

Bring studio products to your website.

A future website module will let studios publish selected products online and route incoming product orders back into InkLinka.

  • Publish selected catalog items on the studio website
  • Keep price and availability connected to InkLinka
  • Receive website product orders in the same sales workspace

This integration is not available yet. The preview shows the planned product direction without a release-date promise.

FAQ

Questions about product sales

How aftercare and merch fit into the studio workflow.

Can I sell products together with a tattoo appointment?+

Yes. Add products in Event Payment and charge the service and products in one mixed checkout. The linked product order and receipt stay visible from the event.

Can I also create a sale without an appointment?+

Yes. Standalone product orders remain available for counter sales that are not tied to an event.

How are returns different from cancelling a service payment?+

A service payment can follow the event cancellation flow. A sold product is not cancelled directly from Payments; it must go through the product return and refund workflow so stock and finance remain consistent.

Can clients buy studio products on my website now?+

Not yet. Website product integration is in development. The current Sales workflow covers the studio catalog, stock, in-studio checkout, orders, receipts and reporting.
