Account Deletion

InkLinka users can delete their account directly inside the InkLinka mobile app.

To request deletion from the app:

• open the InkLinka app and sign in to the account you want to delete;
• go to Settings;
• open the account deletion option;
• confirm the deletion request when prompted.

After confirmation, InkLinka starts the account deletion flow for the signed-in account.

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing main@inklinka.com.

To help us verify and process the request, include:

• the email address used for your InkLinka account;
• your name or studio name, if applicable;
• a clear statement that you want your InkLinka account and associated personal data deleted.

We may ask for additional information if needed to verify account ownership or protect the account from unauthorized deletion.

When an account deletion request is processed, InkLinka deletes or deactivates account-level personal data associated with the account, subject to legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, backup, and dispute-resolution requirements.

Data controlled by a studio, tenant, business, or workspace may need to be handled by that organization if InkLinka processes it on their behalf.

Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required, including records needed for tax, accounting, billing, security, fraud prevention, audit logs, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backup restoration cycles, or enforcement of agreements.

Where possible, retained data is restricted, minimized, anonymized, or deleted when it is no longer required.
